工作簡介：
中科院上海營養(yǎng)與健康研究所Andrew Teschendorff教授領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的計算系統(tǒng)基因組學(xué)研究組現(xiàn)因工作需要，公開招聘研究助理，工作地點位于上海市徐匯區(qū)岳陽路320號中科院-馬普學(xué)會計算生物學(xué)伙伴研究所。本研究組在統(tǒng)計學(xué)、癌癥和基因組學(xué)的交叉領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行尖端前沿研究，特別關(guān)注于統(tǒng)計癌癥表觀基因組學(xué)、單細(xì)胞分析和癌癥系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)方向（研究組簡介詳見http://www.picb.ac.cn/compsysg或https://aeteschendorff-lab.github.io）。

研究助理職位要求：

--良好的計算機(jī)技能。

Job Advertisement: Staff scientist/Research assistant position in Computational Biology
Job Description: An opportunity has arisen to join the Computational Systems Genomics Lab, headed by Prof Andrew Teschendorff, at the CAS-MPG Partner Institute for Computational Biology, Shanghai. The Computational Systems Genomics Lab carries out cutting-edge research at the interface between Statistics, Cancer and Genomics, with a special focus on Statistical Cancer Epigenomics, Single-Cell Analysis and Cancer Systems Biology (see http://www.picb.ac.cn/compsysg and https://aeteschendorff-lab.github.io). The job entails performing basic research in addition to a number of secretarial duties, including basic accounting and translation from English to Chinese and vice-versa. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their academic career, to perform scientific research in Computational Biology, and to improve your communication skills in English.
Job Requirements:
-- A BSc or MSc degree in a computational/scientific discipline, preferably Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics or Engineering.
-- Good IT skills.
-- Programming experience in R, Bioconductor or Python is preferable.
-- Good oral and written English.
-- Excellent organizational skills.
-- Team Player.
