疾病易感基因識別和功能研究
分子遺傳學(xué)實驗室致力于探索人類疾病的遺傳基礎(chǔ)。通過經(jīng)典的分子細(xì)胞遺傳學(xué)技術(shù)、基因組學(xué)、表觀遺傳學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)和模式生物等研究，我們完成了系統(tǒng)的、獨創(chuàng)性的研究工作，在疾病基因鑒定和功能研究方面取得了多項顯著成果?；趥鹘y(tǒng)的定位候選克隆策略，確定了人類單基因疾病相關(guān)的多個基因（Nat Genet, 2001; Nat Genet, 2002; Genomics, 2002; Am J Hum Genet, 2010; J Mol Cell Biol, 2014）。依靠干濕結(jié)合的實驗建立了識別復(fù)雜疾病的基因組變異的核心功能的一種有效的統(tǒng)計分析方法（PLoS Genet, 2011; PLoS One, 2010）。發(fā)現(xiàn)了一系列基因表達(dá)調(diào)節(jié)的新規(guī)則（Genome Biol, 2008; Genome Biol, 2009; Genome Biol, 2009; Cell Res, 2010; Mol Biol Evol, 2013; Nucleic Acids Res, 2014）。這些研究為進(jìn)一步闡明疾病相關(guān)機(jī)制和治療藥物的開發(fā)奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。發(fā)表論文120余篇，獲得國際專利授權(quán)四項，國家專利授權(quán)五項。相關(guān)研究成果曾獲國家自然科學(xué)獎二等獎、國家自然科學(xué)獎二等獎、上海市自然科學(xué)獎一等獎和二等獎。現(xiàn)致力于整合多組學(xué)方法揭示腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展的機(jī)制，擬通過多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)的整合分析尋找到靶向癌癥療法的新途徑，為精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療做出貢獻(xiàn)。
