1. 甲狀腺激素及受其調(diào)控的非編碼RNA在代謝調(diào)控中的作用
利用甲亢甲減及甲狀腺激素受體敲除小鼠研究甲狀腺激素調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的非編碼RNA,試圖揭示這些非編碼RNA是如何介導(dǎo)甲狀腺激素對(duì)代謝的調(diào)控作用的。課題組近期篩選并研究了多個(gè)受甲狀腺激素調(diào)控的微小RNA,揭示了這些miRNA對(duì)肝臟胰島素信號(hào)通路、骨骼肌肌纖維分型和能源物質(zhì)利用的調(diào)控作用及相關(guān)病理生理機(jī)制,發(fā)現(xiàn)多個(gè)潛在的藥物干預(yù)靶點(diǎn)。
2. 甲狀腺激素的非基因組作用在代謝調(diào)控中的作用
以受甲狀腺激素調(diào)控的p38信號(hào)通路為突破口,研究甲狀腺激素通過(guò)非基因組作用調(diào)控代謝的分子機(jī)制。課題組近期揭示p38可通過(guò)AMPK調(diào)控肝臟糖異生,發(fā)現(xiàn)抑制p38信號(hào)通路對(duì)白色脂肪米色化有促進(jìn)作用,探索了多個(gè)潛在藥物靶點(diǎn)治療相關(guān)代謝性疾病的可行性。
3. 甲狀腺腫瘤
建立甲狀腺腫瘤小鼠模型,研究甲狀腺腫瘤發(fā)生和發(fā)展的分子機(jī)制,發(fā)現(xiàn)甲狀腺腫瘤的診斷標(biāo)志物和潛在的藥物靶點(diǎn)。
