(1)單細(xì)胞和空間組學(xué)分析方法,應(yīng)用于解析腫瘤和肝臟疾病的微環(huán)境,鑒定新細(xì)胞亞型和細(xì)胞狀態(tài)改變的關(guān)鍵基因、分析細(xì)胞空間分布和相互作用。
(2)整合多模態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的人工智能方法,應(yīng)用于疾病標(biāo)志物篩選、腫瘤個(gè)體化用藥和計(jì)算病理研究。
(3)癌癥基因組圖譜和演化,研究癌癥發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中基因組圖譜的變化,重構(gòu)癌癥的進(jìn)化路徑,并尋找關(guān)鍵基因。
