1. 可解釋機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí):采用機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)的方法從生物醫(yī)學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)中提取關(guān)鍵特征和分類規(guī)則,發(fā)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜數(shù)據(jù)背后隱藏的邏輯規(guī)律,進(jìn)而揭示生物學(xué)機(jī)制。
2. 多組學(xué)整合網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建和分析:整合多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵調(diào)控因子。
3. 基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征的機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí):使用圖嵌入等方法,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行向量化表示,以基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的向量為特征進(jìn)行機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)。
